Police say the accused was selling the vehicle for an unidentified third party who he was giving the payments to. Theft A New Bloomfield teen, 16, was the victim of a theft when he attempted to buy a vehicle from a 27-year-old man, of Shermans Dale, but was never given the vehicle in return for his payments. The Mifflin County Regional Police recovered the device and Frymer was charged through MDJ Reed’s office. on May 23 and told officers that he removed the device because he thought someone had discarded it as trash along the road. Theft Bradley Frymyer, 49, of Burnham, is charged with theft and receiving stolen property after removing a portion of the speed timing device belonging to police at approximately 4:50 p.m.
